Yes. We welcome focused, time-bound work, such as a strategy review, an organisation redesign or a systems assessment. We agree the scope and deliverables at the start, and the work stands on its own, whether or not a longer engagement follows.
It depends on the nature of the challenge. Some engagements are focused projects lasting a few weeks, while transformation, implementation and ongoing advisory assignments may run for several months.
Fees are agreed based on the scope, complexity and duration of the engagement. Once we understand the work required, we recommend the most appropriate commercial structure, which may include a fixed project fee, phased fee or ongoing retainer.
